We are not a traditional retailer or distributor. We work closely with the OE manufacturer. Our PM brand products meet the same requirements as the OE ones. There is no reason to pay an extremely high price just for the brand. The right products are always the ones with the unbeatable prices and outstanding quality.

Paypal, Visa, and MasterCard are the accepted forms of payment. Please use the eBay checkout system when paying for your order. Immediate payment is required for all orders.

Shipping

I. We ship orders the second business day, which refers to Mondays to Fridays only. This does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays that fall on a weekday when counting business days.

II. Please note that delivery dated on product detail pages and tracking information are estimated only.

III. Carriers have the right to extend the delivery time. Please contact us if tracking information is not available over 24 hours.

IV. Express shipping is available for all items. Please contact us for a quote.

V. Please note that we do not deliver to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam, US Virgin Islands, neither PO box, APO, FPO.

VI. Please check all packages to see whether where is any damage or missing part after receiving. We only accept claim for up to 3 days from the date of delivery.

I. We are backed by an industry-leading limited (lifetime or years) warranty. A copy of your original purchase receipt or order number is required. Failure to provide order number or receipt will limit warranty coverage to 24 months. coverage to 24 months.

II. We warrant that our products are free from defects in material when in normal use and service of the vehicle on which it was installed. Returned items must be inspected to confirm a defect. Shipment of returning defective products and replacements

III. We do not accept any labor claims.

IV. Our company and product liability are strictly limited to the replacement of the unit once we have determined it to be defective.

V. Warranty is voided for units which have been altered, modified, lowered, damaged, misused, improperly installed, accident, collision, contaminated with dirt or other substances, or used in applications other than recommended in our catalog.

VI. Warranty is voided if the vehicle is sold, gifted, or ownership has been transferred in any way.

VII. Warranty does not include consequential, incidental, special, or exemplary damages due to failure of our products or any other parts.

Returns



I.	We will gladly accept the return of your purchased items for a full refund if the return is made within 30 days of the purchase date and the items have not been damaged or installed. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving shipment for approval of any return. 










II.	All returned items must be in the same condition as they were shipped, include all original materials supplied. All customers who return damaged, modified, or other brands parts will be denied a refund. We do provide prepaid return labels so that reimburse shipping charges are not acceptable.










III.	Carriers have the right to extend the delivery time. Please contact us if tracking information is not available over 24 hours.










IV.	If your order is received by multiple packages, we’ll provide multiple pre-paid return labels. Please make sure carrier scan all the labels to avoid any loss possibilities.
